All our products are presented as gift vouchers, no physical products of any kind are sent.
Once a voucher is purchased, after payment the customer will receive it immediately by e-mail.
If the service is not available, the user will be informed within this period of this circumstance and, in this case, the delivery time may be extended up to a maximum of 30 calendar days from the order, unless the user expresses his disagreement within 48 hours of being informed of the unavailability of the product, in which case we will proceed to the immediate refund of the amounts paid.
Mandala Gonzalez Cano SL assumes no responsibility if the delivery of the product cannot be made as a result of false, inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the user or when the delivery cannot be made for other reasons attributable to the recipient (e.g. absence).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Mandala Gonzalez Cano SL, will take the measures required of a diligent merchant so that delivery can be made within the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of the sender and the recipient, so that we can not be held responsible.
"Withdrawal period for delivery of goods: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, acquired the material possession of the last of those goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Changes (if applicable)
The amount of the product will be refunded by the customer's payment method (Stripe payment gateway card).
