Cryolipolysis
Cryolipolysis is a treatment based on the vulnerability of fat cells, adipocytes, to temperature changes. Cryolipolysis subjects localized fat to temperatures below 0ºC UNTIL -9ºC.
The cryolipolysis procedure has two phases in the cabin. The patient lies comfortably on a stretcher and first the head is applied to the area to be treated, causing the skin to come into contact with the cooling plates. These, in a second phase, activate the cold induction to achieve the effect of crystallization of the fat cells.
The fat destroyed by the cold will be progressively eliminated through the patient's own natural metabolism during the 45 days following the cryolipolysis session.
